White Sails can offer customers fast sails constructed from Racing Dacrons, Tri-Radial Laminates, to the very latest in Carbon Membranes.
For the Off-shore customer Membranes are available with Internal Taffeta, providing a rugged Sail without a huge increase in weight. White Sails have been Racing with CT-Laminates (Central-Taffeta) Off-shore for 18 Months with great effect.
White Sails Spinnakers, Asymmetric’s and Code Zero’s, have again proved to be very Fast, constructed from only the best materials, these are now available with an optional sprayed on Silicon Coating rather than buying an expensive Siliconised Nylon. This enables Faster wrap free hoists and keeps the Spinnaker dry.
Wet Nylon loses almost half its strength when wet!
